Sid’s Story

I was in my mid-thirties and I realized I was getting a lot thinner and I didn’t like it. I was doing a lot of extra work to make sure I was confident enough to be able to go out. I told people before, if you lose a tooth you replace it, if you lose a knee, you replace it, can’t hear, you get a hearing aid.

It took a little adjusting to get comfortable with it but now I wouldn’t have it any other way. Everyone has a perception of themselves and it is usually negative or not what you think is. I think now I have a little higher degree of confidence.
